Plain language. What I collect, why, and what I never share.

When you fill out the quote form, I collect: name, phone, email, property address, the service you're asking about, and any notes you add. That's it. No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, no behavioural ads.
When you call or text 587-888-9971, your phone number shows up on my phone. Standard.
When I do a job at your place, I take photos for the inspection report. You get a copy. The photos stay in my secure cloud storage so I can refer back to them later if you have a follow-up question.
Just me (Robert) and my automated assistant (IVY) which runs on my own hardware and helps me reply to quotes faster. IVY does not share your data with external AI providers for training. Photos and customer info stay within my own systems.
When you pay by card, the card details go directly to Square (not me). Square handles the encryption and PCI compliance. I see the amount paid, your name, and the last 4 digits of the card — nothing else.
Quote info: 90 days if you don't book. Forever (until you ask me to delete it) if you become a customer, so I have the history for warranty and follow-up.

It's a plain-language summary of how I actually run things. If you want a full lawyer-written privacy policy, ask me and I'll get one drafted — but in 17 years of business no customer has ever asked. I prefer to be honest about how I work.
